The Magnima Process
Planning
We’ll sit down with you to see what your needs are to conduct a preliminary analysis, propose alternative solutions, describe costs and benefits and then submit a preliminary plan with recommendations.
Analysis
Once we establish a plan of action, we’ll define project goals and requirements into defined functions and operation of the intended application. During this process we’ll gather and interpret facts, diagnose problems and recommend improvements to the system. We’ll also analyze end-user information needs and remove any inconsistencies and incompleteness in these requirements.
Design
After analysis, our skilled team of designers will define desired features and operations in detail, to cover all functionality of the application, including screen layouts, business rules, process diagrams, pseudo-code and other documentation.
Implementation
At this point, we’ll being writing the code behind the app and bring all the pieces together into a special testing environment to check for errors, bugs, and interoperability. We’ll come back to you with your desired app to deploy it into the world.
Maintenance
After deploying your app, we’ll work with you to make sure that the app itself doesn’t become obsolete. We’ll listen to the feedback your customers give you to perform a continuous evaluation of the system and fix any errors, bugs, or other user experience and app operation issues.
